For the community of creative content creators, however, this wonderful game and its flexibility is nothing less than their own personal universe, a platform to build and create where the sky’s the limit (and sometimes not even then). Minigame maps are the perfect example of this, where content creators manage to take a game based in open-world survival and turn them into all sorts of creative gamemodes: parkour, survival games, PvP, mafia-based and other genres that you can enjoy with your friends.

A fan of the game Starcraft? Well, we’ve got some good news for you! NetherPixel has successfully recreated the feeling of the game, all in Minecraft — and with some cool new additions! Pick a side between red and blue, then try to destroy your enemy’s objectives all while trying to defend your own. It’s the ultimate real-time strategy game, now available in Minecraft! In a world taken over by robots, how will you fare?
Play against bots or again your friends in Star League’s unique PVP or PVE options.Use custom armor or cool new weapons, against unique mobs and vehicles such as tanks! Gain and upgrade awesome new abilities in your battle for supremacy. The PvE mode also has two difficulties, (normal and hard), where the weather is more bitter and mobs are stronger in the latter.
Strange Mystery by NetherPixel
Strange Mystery is a deception-based game that follows the tried and true formula of Mafia, Town of Salem, Werewolf and of course, Among Us.
There are two sides to the game: assassins and villagers. Will you be the best assassin and trick your friends while claiming a bloody victory? Or will you be the bravest villager, saving the innocent bystanders and your villager friends? Assassins must try to capture all villagers and destroy the villager’s tasks, without being caught. On the other hand, Villagers must save captured bystanders and finish their sets of tasks in order to win.
This is, of course, a multiplayer map that requires at least three people for you to have a good game. Grab a couple of friends and give this map a try! But be warned, your friendship may end up in tatters afterwards…
Chunk Runner by NeoMC
Can you beat this map created for the most pro of parkour experts in Minecraft? Experience a new and unique take on parkour with Chunk Runner, where only one chunk of the map is shown at a time — this means you won’t be able to see past 16 blocks around you.
Utilize one of the 16 unlockable kits and conquer the 15 unique parkour challenges. There are over 50 road maps, each with customizable difficulty settings. As with any decent minigame map, this map also offers multiplayer support, meaning you’ll be able to play it alone or with your best parkour buddies.

You’re not without help, however! Defeating zombies grants you gold, which you can use to buy better gear in the custom shop. Plus, if you’re really having trouble surviving, you can always invite your friends to come and help you!
